MadeTonight Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy specifically explains data processing for Ocean Bite: Fish Eat & Grow and its account and cloud-save services.
1. Data we process
If you choose Google Sign-In, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile-picture URL. We never receive your Google password.
We store progress and settings you upload as a cloud save, a limited revision history, login sessions, request times, IP addresses, and server security/diagnostic logs needed to operate and protect the service.
For Shell purchases, the server processes the product ID, a one-way purchase-token hash, Google Play order ID, consumption status, time, and obfuscated account ID to verify purchases and prevent duplicate delivery. We do not store payment-card numbers.
2. How we use data
- Authenticate accounts and synchronize or restore progress.
- Verify and finalize Google Play purchases.
- Maintain security, diagnose failures, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Ocean Bite has no chat, public leaderboard, multiplayer, advertising, or advertising tracking.
3. Service providers and sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by our hosting and security providers and by Google for Google Sign-In and Google Play Billing, or disclosed when legally required and to protect users and the service.
4. Retention and security
Account data, sessions, cloud saves, limited revisions, and purchase records are retained while the account is active. Cloud-save idempotency operations are retained for 30 days by default. Technical logs are kept only as needed for security, diagnosis, fraud prevention, disputes, or law. Production transport uses HTTPS and server-side session tokens are stored only as hashes.
5. Choices and account deletion
You may play supported offline features without signing in. In the in-game Account menu, choose Delete Account and Cloud Data to remove the stored Google profile, all sessions, cloud saves and revisions, cloud operations, and purchase records associated with the account. Local device progress is also reset.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the applicable minimum digital-consent age. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion.
